__ Privacy Policy

Personal data (hereinafter generally referred to as “data”) is processed by us only where necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its content and the services offered there. Pursuant to Art. 4 No. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), “processing” means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. The following Privacy Policy informs you in particular about the type, scope, purpose, duration and legal basis of the processing of personal data where we determine the purposes and means of processing either alone or jointly with others. We also provide information below about third-party components used by us for optimisation purposes and to improve the quality of use, insofar as third parties process data under their own responsibility as a result. Our Privacy Policy is structured as follows: I. Information about us as the controller II. Rights of users and data subjects III. Information about data processing I. Information about us as the controller The controller responsible for this website within the meaning of data protection law is: Feldklasse GmbH Rudolf-Diesel-Str. 12 40670 Meerbusch Germany Telephone: 0049 176 961 501 31 Email: info@feldklasse.de The provider’s Data Protection Officer is: André Dülks II. Rights of users and data subjects With regard to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right
  • to obtain confirmation as to whether data concerning them is being processed, information about the data processed, further information about the data processing and copies of the data (see also Art. 15 GDPR);
  • to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed (see also Art. 16 GDPR);

However, this obligation does not apply where such notification is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Irrespective of this, the user has the right to information about these recipients. In accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects also have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning them where the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for direct marketing purposes is permitted. III. Information about data processing Data processed when you use our website will be erased or blocked as soon as the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent its erasure and no different information is provided below regarding individual processing procedures. Server data For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted by your internet browser to us or to our web-space provider. These server log files collect, among other things, the type and version of your internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you accessed our website (referrer URL), the page or pages of our website you visit, the date and time of the respective access and the IP address of the internet connection from which our website is accessed. The data collected in this way is stored temporarily, but not together with any other data relating to you. This storage is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the stability, functionality and security of our website. The data will be erased after no more than seven days unless further retention is required for evidentiary purposes. In such a case, all or part of the data will be excluded from erasure until the incident has been finally clarified. Cookies a) Session cookies We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies placed and stored on your device by the internet browser you use. These cookies process certain information about you to an individual extent, such as your browser or location data or your IP address. This processing makes our website more user-friendly, effective and secure, as it enables, for example, our website to be displayed in different languages or a shopping-basket function to be offered. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where these cookies process data for the initiation or performance of a contract. Where the processing does not serve the initiation or performance of a contract, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. The legal basis is then Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. These session cookies are erased when you close your internet browser. b) Third-party cookies Our website may also use cookies from partner companies with whom we cooperate for advertising, analysis or website functionality purposes. Please refer to the following information for details, in particular regarding the purposes and legal bases for processing such third-party cookies. c) Options for removal You can prevent or restrict the installation of cookies by changing the settings of your internet browser. You can also erase cookies that have already been stored at any time. The steps and measures required depend on the internet browser you use. If you have any questions, please use your browser’s help function or documentation or contact its manufacturer or support team. In the case of Flash cookies, however, processing cannot be prevented through browser settings. Instead, you must change the settings of your Flash Player. The required steps and measures also depend on the Flash Player you use. If you have any questions, please use the help function or documentation of your Flash Player or contact the manufacturer or user support. Preventing or restricting the installation of cookies may mean that not all functions of our website can be used in full. Newsletter If you subscribe to our free newsletter, the data requested for this purpose, namely your email address and, optionally, your name and postal address, will be transmitted to us. At the same time, we store the IP address of the internet connection from which you access our website as well as the date and time of your subscription. During the further subscription process, we will obtain your consent to receive the newsletter, specifically describe its content and refer you to this Privacy Policy. We use the data collected exclusively to send the newsletter and do not disclose it to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time with future effect in accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR. To do so, you need only inform us of your withdrawal or use the unsubscribe link contained in each newsletter. Contact enquiries / contact options If you contact us via a contact form or email, the data you provide will be used to process your enquiry. Providing this data is necessary to process and answer your enquiry; without it, we will be unable to answer your enquiry or will only be able to do so to a limited extent. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be erased once your enquiry has been fully answered, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent its erasure, for example where subsequent contractual processing takes place. User posts, comments and reviews We offer you the opportunity to publish questions, answers, opinions or reviews on our website, hereinafter referred to solely as “posts”. If you use this option, we process and publish your post, the date and time of submission and any pseudonym you use. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect in accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR. To do so, you need only inform us of your withdrawal. We also process your IP address and email address. The IP address is processed because we have a legitimate interest in taking or supporting further action if your post infringes the rights of third parties or is otherwise unlawful. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in any necessary legal defence. Online job applications / publication of job advertisements We offer you the opportunity to apply to us through our website. In the case of these digital applications, we collect and process your applicant and application data electronically for the purpose of carrying out the application process. The legal basis for this processing is Section 26(1), sentence 1 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88(1) GDPR. If an employment contract is concluded following the application process, we store the data submitted with your application in your personnel file for the usual organisational and administrative processes, while naturally complying with further legal obligations. The legal basis for this processing is also Section 26(1), sentence 1 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88(1) GDPR. If an application is rejected, we automatically erase the data submitted to us two months after notification of the rejection. However, the data will not be erased where statutory provisions, for example evidentiary obligations under the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), require longer storage of up to four months or until the conclusion of legal proceedings. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Section 24(1) No. 2 BDSG. Our legitimate interest lies in legal defence or enforcement. If you expressly consent to longer storage of your data, for example for inclusion in an applicant or interested-party database, the data will continue to be processed on the basis of your consent. The legal basis is then Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect in accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR by notifying us. YouTube is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, a subsidiary of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Links to social media via graphics or text links We also promote profiles on the social networks listed below on our website. They are integrated by means of a linked graphic belonging to the respective network. Using a linked graphic prevents an automatic connection to the respective social network’s server when a page containing social media promotion is accessed. Only when the user clicks the relevant graphic is the user redirected to the service of the respective social network. After the user has been redirected, the respective network collects information about the user. It cannot be ruled out that the data collected in this way is processed in the USA. Initially, this includes data such as the IP address, date, time and page visited. If the user is logged into their user account on the respective network at the time, the network operator may be able to associate the collected information regarding the user’s specific visit with the user’s personal account. If the user interacts using a “Share” button belonging to the respective network, this information may be stored in the user’s personal account and may be published. To prevent the information collected from being directly associated with the user’s account, the user must log out before clicking the graphic. The respective user account can also be configured accordingly. This is a web-analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to solely as “Google”. Google Analytics is used to analyse how our website is used. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in analysing and optimising our website and operating it economically. Usage-related and user-related information, such as the IP address and the location, time or frequency of visits to our website, is transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. However, we use Google Analytics with the anonymisation function. This function causes Google to truncate the IP address within the EU or EEA. Google uses the data collected to provide us with an evaluation of visits to our website and the activities carried out there. This data may also be used to provide other services associated with website and internet use. Google states that it does not link your IP address with other data. Google also provides further information on data protection, including options for preventing the use of data, at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners Google also provides a browser add-on for deactivation, together with further information, at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de This add-on can be installed in common internet browsers and provides greater control over the data collected by Google when our website is accessed. The add-on tells the Google Analytics JavaScript code (ga.js) that information concerning visits to our website should not be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, it does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web-analysis services. Whether and which other web-analysis services we use is, of course, also explained in this Privacy Policy. YouTube We use YouTube on our website. YouTube is a video portal provided by YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, hereinafter referred to solely as “YouTube”. YouTube is a subsidiary of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to solely as “Google”. We use YouTube in connection with the “Enhanced Privacy Mode” function to display videos to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website. According to YouTube, the “Enhanced Privacy Mode” function means that the data described in more detail below is transmitted to YouTube’s server only when you actually start a video. Without this “Enhanced Privacy Mode”, a connection to YouTube’s server in the USA is established as soon as you access one of our pages containing an embedded YouTube video. This connection is necessary to display the respective video on our website through your internet browser. In the process, YouTube records and processes at least your IP address, the date and time and the website you visit. A connection is also established to Google’s “DoubleClick” advertising network. If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube associates the connection information with your YouTube account. To prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website or change the relevant settings in your YouTube account. For functionality and analysis of usage behaviour, YouTube permanently stores cookies on your device through your internet browser. If you do not agree to this processing, you can prevent cookies from being stored by changing your internet browser settings. Further information can be found above under “Cookies”.
